Terms & Conditions
*If you have a general question about the item's features/functions, please email us for additional information.
*We do not offer any warranty. See your items booklet for details.
*Upon Purchase you agree and accept our terms & conditions
*Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
*All Buyers Outside the USA please email us for shipping rates.
*Payment is due within 7 days from auction ending.
*Buyer is responsible to pay all shipping fees.
*All items listed as included in our description are included. If an item is specifically noted not to be included, or is not mentioned in our description, then it is not part of the sale.
*Restocking fee is 30% of the total amount sale price.
*Cancellation fee 20% of the sale price, only if your order did not leave our warehouse.

*Once you purchase our merchandise, you the customer, are responsible for examining your package(s) upon delivery. This means that you are responsible for checking the contents of your package immediately.
*In order to return a product, you the customer must contact Ogle Oodles by email within 2 days of receiving the item. You can also request an RMA by visiting Our RMA link below. If it is over the 2 day period, a return authorization request will be denied.
*All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to shipper as necessary. Please do not return an item without authorization.
*No Refunds will be issued, and no returns accepted, on any items listed as "AS IS" or "CLOSEOUT" NO EXCEPTIONS!!
*No Refunds/Exchanges/Credits will be given until Ogle Oodles has received the Original Order with Original packaging to our Warehouse.
*All authorized returns must be received at our warehouse within 2 weeks from the date they are authorized.
*At our sole discretion, we will issue a refund, a store credit, or an exchange after the item is returned to us.
*We will issue a resolution for all returns within 2 weeks of return receipt. It is the customers responsibility to accept a resolution, if one is proposed, within 2 weeks of our proposal. If the resolution is not accepted within this time-frame, we reserve the right issue a mandatory resolution for your return.
*We reserve the right to deny any request for return assistance at our discretion, if more than 30 days have passed since the date you purchased the item.
*All returns are subject to re-stocking fees of 30% of the total sale
*It is up to the Customer to pay the cost of Shipping/Freight on all Returns.
*All Shipping Claims must be settled with carrier before issuing reimbursement for items lost or damaged in shipment.
